This study explores evolving customer expectation on service in solar technology, focusing on service quality ,customer satisfaction ,and predictive maintenance . it highlights the role of AI,and sustainability in meeting expectations,revealing a gap between customer needs and wants ,emphasizing the need for customer centric approaches in the solar energy industry . it provide actionable strategies for solar technology companies to align their services with customer expectations ,improving satisfactions ,retention ,and market competitiveness . The main objective of this study is to analyze customer expectations &satisfaction levels,provide insight for effective service management ,strategic planning ,& operational improvement .
